Susan told me she has been randomly stopping herself and consciously noticing what she is seeing, hearing and feeling in the moment. I love thinking of this as a prayer made of questions, whose purpose is inviting divine witness:

What do I see?
What do I hear?
What do I smell?
What do I feel?
Amen
